Shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice.
Delivery in Metro Denver can be arranged. Please contact us for arrangements prior to placing order for delivery timing.
Drop shipments or special orders items may incur additional freight charges.
F.O.B. Bold Traditions, unless otherwise noted.
Bold Traditions will make best efforts to ship orders as soon as possible. However, customer understands there are circumstances that are not in Bold Traditions control (i.e.: timely customer supplied information, payment delays, delivery delays, inventory availability, etc). An order not arriving to customer within customer’s expectations does not give customer right to refuse or return items. Select a shipping method that gets your order delivered within a safe time period. Shippers do not count Weekends or Holidays as shipping days.
Orders placed after 6 p.m. MST will be processed the following business day.
Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the first business day (Monday-Friday)

Privacy & Security
We gather personal information from you in order to provide superior service, customize our communications to you, administer our business, and improve your shopping experience. The following are examples of the personal information we gather from you.
Purchases - Prior to placing any order, you will establish a Customer Account. To create a Customer Account, you will give us your name, address, phone number and/or e-mail address plus payment information (such as credit or debit card information) and Resale Tax ID.
Catalog Requests - We need your name and address in order to mail you a catalog. We also require a phone number or e-mail address so that we can contact you in the unlikely event there is an error in your address or other delivery problem.
We do not share customer information with non-affiliated third parties or our affiliates, other than in the fulfillment of orders and similar disclosures permitted by applicable law.
Along with respecting your privacy, we strive to keep your personal information safe and secure. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety on our systems. Any account information that you enter on the customer account portion of site is password-protected so that only you and Bold Traditions can access it. You should not divulge your password or user identification number to anyone.

No items can be returned if they have been embellished.
Merchandise will not be accepted without authorization from your customer service representative. Notify our customer service department with an itemized list of products, invoice number and reason for the return. No returns will be accepted without receiving a Return# authorization from us prior to sending back the item.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Acceptable returned goods will be subject to a 25% restocking charge and only a credit will be issued for product. For items being returned for reasons other than defective merchandise (Bold Traditions in its sole discretion will determine if merchandise is considered defective) there is a 25% or $25.00 restocking charge, whichever is greater.
No return authorization or credit will be granted after 15 days of invoice date, or for returned material that is not in resalable condition. No returns will be accepted after this period.
For Orders being canceled (before we pack it) there is a cancellation charge of $25.00.
All authorized merchandise returns must be sent to the originating Bold Traditions warehouse location (Brighton, Co).
Special Orders, Custom Fabricated Items, or Custom Imprinted Items Cannot be Returned.
Minimum Billing: $25.00 PER ORDER
A service charge on overdue accounts will be assessed at the rate of 1 1/2% per month (equivalent to 18% per year).
Special order or drop shipped items cannot be cancelled more than 24 hours after the order has been placed, and are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for the shipping costs when shipping item(s) back to Bold Traditions. Customer must choose a shipper capable of providing proof of delivery. Customer is responsible for properly packing and fully insuring item(s) being returned.
Bold Traditions in its sole discretion will determine if a Refund or Credit against future purchase will be given.
Bold Traditions is not responsible for damage that maybe caused by improper handling/installation of our products.
Although not common, it may be necessary for customer to modify settings to their operating software and/or make adjustments for printing on substrate.
There is a $30.00 service charge on all returned checks.

Payment is due at time of ordering.
Net 30 days (approved accounts only) after application is finalized.
Check, MasterCard or VISA accepted.
All C.O.D. orders over $100.00 will be shipped "certified C.O.D." unless arrangements are made with the credit department. C.O.D. payments need to be authorized prior to order.
Embellished products require a 50% down payment before production.
Viewing Orders
All orders will be emailed to purchaser.
Purchaser can access invoice of purchase on website while logged in. www.boldtraditionsapparel.com
Invoice will be given after order is placed and funds are collected.
